The Affinity Credit Union Low Fee MasterCard gives you the possibility to access and manage your online account through the online banking platform available on the CUETS website. Follow our guide for detailed information on how to log in online, retrieve your credentials, or activate your card.
How to Login / Make a Payment
If you are a cardholder of the Affinity Credit Union Low Fee MasterCard you can easily login to your online account by completing these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the card’s website and press the ‘Login’ button.
Step 2: In the newly opened page provide your username and click on the ‘Sign in’ button.
Step 3: Next, you will need to enter also your password and click on ‘Submit’ to access your online account.
Forgot Password / Username
Should you forget your password, you can reset it by completing these simple steps:
Step 1: From the login window, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
Step 2: Make sure to answer to the challenge questions (established at the time of your first online enrollment) including: your mother’s maiden name and your date of birth. In a next step you will be directed to a new page where you can change/reset your password.
Step 3: In case you did not manage to reset your password yet there is a last option to make use of. You can call this phone number 1-800-561-7849 to get assistance from the CUETS banking specialists.
Activation / Registration
If you want to easily access your account and make your payments online, you first need to activate your card online or enroll in online banking. You can do this from your own PC by completing a few simple steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the login page and click on ‘New User/Enroll Now.’
Step 2: Provide in the appropriate field your card number (16 digits) and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 3: Finalize your enrollment to online banking by introducing your Security Information and choosing your Username and Password for future access to online banking.
