If you already have purchased your American Express Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card but are having questions on how to manage your online account, login or retrieve your lost user ID and password, we have prepared an easy step-by-step guide to assist you through all these processes.
How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1: Open the card’s homepage, press the ‘LOG IN’ button.
Step 2: Fill the appropriate spaces by selecting the account type which you want to access (Cards – My Account/Membership Rewards/Merchant Account/American Express @ Work) and entering your User ID and Password. Afterwards press the ‘Log In’ button.
Forgot Password / Username
In case you forgot your user ID or password, you can easily retrieve/reset them. Below we will show you how to do this step by step:
Step 1: Visit the login page and click on the ‘Forgot User ID or Password?’ link.
Step 2: Provide in the appropriate fields the 15-digit number on the front of your Card as well as the 4-digit card ID number and click the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 3: Enter the required information in each page including your User ID retrieval, the verification of your identity and password update. Complete each operation by pressing ‘Continue.’
Activation / Registration
In order to be able to access your online account you first need to activate your card online on the American Express web platform. This can be done in a few steps as described below:
Step 1: Navigate to the login page and click on the ‘Create New Online Account’ link.
Step 2: In the window which will open you will need to verify your identity by entering your card information, including your 15-digit card number and the 4-digit card ID number. Click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed with the next step.
Step 3: Now you can set up your online account and customize your card membership by choosing your account preferences and card benefits.
