How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1: To start your login process, go to the Ann Taylor website by clicking on this link.
Look at the left side of the screen that reads Sign In. Key in your username and password.
Step 2: Uncheck the Remember Me if you are using a public computer or device. Check it if you are logging in from home.
Click the Sign In button.
Forgot Password / Username
Step 1: To start retrieving your password, access the Ann Taylor credit card website.
On the bottom of the Sign In Box, click on the Forgot your username or password link.
Step 2: This page will ask you to key in your Credit Card Account Number or User Name, Your ZIP Code, and will ask you to choose which Identification type you want to use.
You can select to submit your Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or an alternative form of identification.After you’ve made your Identification type choice, type the last four digits.

When you’re done, click on the “Find My Account” Button on the right-hand side of the screen.Follow the prompts that follow.
Activation / Registration
Step 1:Go the Ann Taylor credit card website by clicking here. Click on the button that says Activate Card located on the top of the page.
Step2: Type in the details needed to activate your card. After you’ve completed filling up the information needed, press the submit button on the bottom of the page.
Registering Your Card for Online Access
Step 1:Go to the Ann Taylor credit card website page. Click on the button that says Register for Access found on top of the page.
Step2: To verify you as the card owner, enter your credit card number, ZIP Code, Identification Type, and the last four digits of your chosen Identification type.
For the Identification type, you can choose to key in either your Social security number, social insurance number or an alternative form of identification applied.
Click on the Find My Account button when you’re done.
Step 4: Once your account has been verified, you’ll be able to fill out the information in the grayed out Create My Account box.
Type in the information that it asks. Only check the Remember My Device check box if you are using your own computer, otherwise, leave it unchecked. When you are done, click on the Create Account button to create your account.
