How to Login / Make a Payment
You can login to your online account in a few easy steps:
Step 1: Visit the card’s website (CUETS) and press the ‘Login’ button.
Step 2: Enter in the appropriate box your username and press ‘Sign in.’
Step 3: In the next page provide your password and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Forgot Password / Username
In case you forgot your password you can retrieve it easily by completing these steps:
Step 1: From the login window, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
Step 2: Introduce the answers to the challenge questions established at the time of your online Enrollment including your mother’s maiden name and your date of birth. If you answered correctly to them you will be prompted to change your password in a new window.
Step 3: If you are still unable to reset your password after going through all the above method, you can reach the CUETS Banks specialists by calling this phone number 1-800-561-7849 for more assistance with your password retrieval.
Activation / Registration
Should you be a new cardholder, you need to activate your card online or enroll in online banking in order to access your online account. Here are the steps you need to complete:
Step 1: Access the login page and click on ‘New User/Enroll Now.’
Step 2: Introduce your card number (16 digits) and press the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 3: In the next window, introduce all the required information which will be asked to you including your Security Information, Username and Password.

All you need to know is the his/her email address or mobile phone number and once the money gets to his/her account, the recipient will be informed by email or text message. In order to send an e-Transfer, you just need to click the Transfers tab and then select INTERAC e-Transfer on the website.
