Anyone had previous experience with this? Does it really help? I’m not sure what to do, some people actually told me it’s quite useless, but I am also quite afraid of credit fraud, I hear so many things online, on TV and newspapers I have the feeling some protection is necessary…

Some people told me there are credit cards made especially for students like, for example, State Farm Student Credit Card (and many others). Do you think I should get one of these? And if so, which is the best?

Or should I just stick with a ‘normal’ credit card? What are the pros and cons? Many thanks for the info!

It never happened to me until now, but I’m scared it will!

Is it true there are so many credit card scammers around? Are some credit cards or banks safer in this regard than others? How is it possible to avoid these scams? And should they happen, what to do to recover your money etc.?

Many questions, I know, but I’m really starting to have sleepless nights thinking about this. I truly hope there are not so many problems around as internet makes us believe.

 Any opinions on this?
