As a holder of the American Express Plum Credit Card you can get access to online banking and manage you credit from your PC. If you are having concerns regarding the login, forgot your user ID or password or you simply need to activate your new card, read our guide for detailed information.

Make sure to complete these two steps for accessing your account and start managing your online banking account:

Step 1: Open the card’s main page or the American Express homepage and click on the ‘Log In’ button at the top-right corner of the window.

Step 2: Provide in the appropriate boxes your User ID and Password. Click the “Log In” button to access your online account.

Retrieve/reset your lost username or password by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit the American Express login page and press the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ link as shown in the picture below.

Step 2: Introduce in the boxes provided the required information including your: 15-digit card number followed by the 4-digit card ID number. Press the ‘Continue’ button to proceed to the next page where you can retrieve/reset your User ID and reset your Password.

Step 3: Follow up in the next pages by completing all the required boxes. Here you can set up your User ID retrieval method, verify your ID and, finally, update your password.

Step 1: From the American Express secure login page, press the ‘Create New Online Account’ link right under the ‘Forgot User ID or Password.’

Step 2: Provide the required card information including your 15-digit card number as well as the 4-digit card ID number and click on ‘Continue.’ Follow up by choosing your account preferences as well as customizing your card benefits. Make sure to read and check all the relevant information and fill in all the required fields. To complete your account activation finally press the ‘Continue’ button.
