How to Login / Make a Payment
If you already have an online account, you can access your account by just following these steps:
Step 1: Visit the card’s main page or the American Express homepage and press the ‘LOG IN’ button in order to open the login page where you can introduce your user ID and password.

Step 2: Enter in the provided boxes your User ID and Password and then press the “Log In” button.

Forgot Password / Username
Step 1: Open the American Express secure login page and click on the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ link as shown below.

Step 2: Insert in the available spaces the required information including your: 15-digit card number followed by the 4-digit card ID number. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next page where you can retrieve your User ID and reset your Password.

Step 3: Next you’ll need to introduce all the required information related to your User ID retrieval, your ID verification and, finally, you will need to update your password.

Activation / Registration
If you just received your new card but do not yet have an online account, here is what you should do in order to set up one:
Step 1: Open the American Express secure login page and click on the ‘Create New Online Account’ right under the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ link.

Step 2: Provide the required information which you can find on your card including your:
– 15-digit card number
– 4-digit card ID number
Press the ‘Continue’ button. In the next pages you can set up your account preferences as well as customize your card benefits by reading and checking the relevant information and filling in all the required fields. After completing these steps you’ll be able to finish up with your account activation/card registration.
