How to Login / Make a Payment

Once you have an online account, it is extremely easy to access it. Here is how to do it:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s main webpage and click on the ‘LOG IN’ button on the upper right side of the page.

This will open a window where you can introduce your user ID and password.

Step 2: Introduce your User ID, your password and then click on the ‘Log In’ button.

Forgot Password / Username

Do not worry if you forgot your User ID or password, it is very easy to retrieve them.

Step 1. Open the Log In page and click on the ‘Forgot User ID or Password?’ button.

This will lead you to a page where you can introduce your card details in order to retrieve your user ID or password.

Step 2: Introduce your card details, including the 15 digit number on the front of your card and the 4 digit card ID and press ‘Continue.’

Step 3: After introducing this information you will have the possibility to retrieve your User ID, verify your information and update your password.

Activation / Registration

In case you do not yet have an online account, here is how you can open one:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s Log In webpage and select ‘Create New Online Account.’ This will send you to the page where you can introduce your card’s details in order to set up you account.

Step 2: Introduce your card details, including the 15 digit card number and 4 digit card ID, and press ‘Continue.’
