As other credit cards issued by Chase Bank, the British Airways Visa Signature® Card gives you the opportunity to use Chase Bank’s facile online platform in order to manage your account. On this page, you will find information on how to sign in, retrieve your username and password and create a new account.

In case you are already enrolled in Chase Bank’s online system, it is very easy to log in. Here is what you should do:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s homepage, introduce your Login ID and PIN/Password and click on the ‘Log in’ button.

In case you forgot your PIN/Password or Login ID, here is what you should do in order to retrieve them:

Step 1 (PIN/Password): If you forgot your PIN/Password open the credit card’s homepage and click on ‘Forgotten PIN/Password?’

Step 2 (PIN/Password): Enter your Login ID and press ‘Submit.’ You will then be asked to reset your password.

Step 2 (Login ID): In case you forgot your Login ID, click in the password retrieval page on ‘Forgotten Login ID?’

Step 3 (Login ID): In the page which will open you will have to select whether you forgot your email or your membership number/username. If you forgot your username you will need to contact your local Executive Club service and if you forgot your email you will be asked to introduce a new one in the following page.

If you are not yet enrolled in the credit card’s online system, here are the steps you need to follow to set up an account:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s homepage and click on ‘Register Now’ in order to open the registration form.

Step 2: Enter your email address, choose a password and provide your title, first name and last name.

Step 3: Select a username, and introduce your address, town/city, country/state (optional), postcode/Zip (optional), country of residence, country where your phone is registered (optional), phone number (optional), gender, date of birth and select your preferred language and preferred departure city.

Step 4: Choose whether you would like to receive or not news and offers, enter your promotional code, read and agree with the terms and conditions associated with this card by checking the appropriate box and finally press ‘Register.’

OpenSkies is a transatlantic airline owned by International Airlines Group which is a parent company of British Airways, too. The airline is a full-service carrier and it currently operates between Paris-Orly Airport in France and both Newark and New York in the United States.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my username?

In case you cannot remember your username, you will need to contact your local Executive Club service either by phone or visit their office, in order to get the necessary information about how to regain it.

Q: What are Avios?

British Airways offers its customers to join the Executive Club, so that they became eligible to collect reward points that are called Avios. Avios can be collected either with BA or their partners when you book flights, stay in certain hotels or hire a car. The collected Avios can be redeemed on flights, hotel stays, car hire and more.
