How to Login / Make a Payment

You can login to your online account in a simple step:

Step 1: Navigate to the Bank of America homepage and introduce your Online ID and Passcode in the appropriate fields. Continue by pressing the ‘Sign in’ button.

Forgot Password / Username

Should you forget your online ID and/or password you can retrieve them in a few simple steps:

Step 1: From the login page, click on either ‘Forgot ID’ or ‘Forgot Passcode’ link depending on your specific case.

Step 2 (Online ID): In the new window which will open you can retrieve your Online ID by entering in the appropriate fields the required information including: your complete card number/account number, social security number and passcode. Proceed by clicking on the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 2 (Passcode): In case you forgot your Passcode, introduce in the appropriate fields your complete card number/account number, your social security number and your online ID. Press ‘Continue’ to proceed retrieving your password.
