Step 1: Access the Chevron Credit Card website through this link.

On the top right of the homepage, click on the link that reads Login to My Account.

This will redirect you to the login page.

Step 2: On this page, you will be asked to enter your username on the field located on the left side of the screen.

The username required is case sensitive.

Before proceeding, uncheck the box that says Remember Me if you are using a shared computer or device, otherwise if you are accessing the website in a secure location or device, you may opt to check this box.

Step 2: Instead of providing your case-sensitive username, click on the link that reads Look up User ID.

Step 3: You will have to answer a number of security verification questions.

Begin by inputting your account number which can be found on the front of your credit card or printed on your monthly statement.

Likewise, the last four digits of your social security number will be required.

Ensure that all details provided are correct.

No, that option does not exist. The PIN is system-generated number linked to your credit card and it cannot be customized.

The maximum possible rewards credit on your Chevron VISA Card is $300 per one calendar year.

Q: Who can get the exclusive card offers?

The exclusive card offers are for those cardholders who have made at least one fuel purchase during the last year and have a good standing account.

Q: Do I need to obtain a Chevron credit card in order to be a Chevron Travel Club member?

No. Chevron credit card and Chevron Travel Club operate separately, which means that you are not obliged to have a Chevron credit card account to be a Chevron Travel Club member. Other cards that can be used are Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card as a payment method.

Q: Does Chevron share my personal information after I close my account?

The new customer’s information is shared 30 days after the notice is sent, or earlier if the customer consent. That is information that customers cannot determine whether they can be shared or not. On the other hand, there is information whose sharing can be limited by the customer. That information, whose sharing cannot be limited, continues to be shared after you no longer bank’s customer.
