Here are the steps you need to follow to log in to your account if your card is already activated/registered:

Step 1: Navigate to the card’s main page and click on ‘ACCESS MY ACCOUNT’ to open the login page where you can introduce your credentials.

Step 2: Provide your User ID and press ‘LOG IN.’ You will then be asked to introduce also your password.

Don’t worry if you forgot your credentials, it will take just a few seconds to retrieve them. Here is the procedure:

Step 1: Go to the card’s login page and click on the ‘Forgot ID/Password’ button.

You’ll be redirected to the credentials retrieval page.

Step 2: Enter your first name, middle initial and last name, as well as your User ID (in case you forgot only the password) or your email address. Click ‘SUBMIT.’
