Press ‘Verify&Continue‘ and go to the next step.

On the next 3 steps, you will be asked to set up your account, to create your Username and password and to confirm your contact information.

Yes, that is why the card is named Double Cash credit card. If you are holder of a Citi Double Cash Credit Card and you use it to pay for your purchase, you will be rewarded with cash back twice. First, you will get %1 at the moment of your purchase and %1 when you pay for your purchases.
