If you recently acquired the Citi Expedia Credit Card and are enjoying its Expedia points and amazing travel rewards but you are having trouble to login and manage your online account, or you lost your username/password or want to activate your card? Below you can find useful information to solve each of these problems.

Step 1: If you already created an online account you need to go to the card’s homepage and click the ‘Sign On’ link at the top of the window.

Step 2: Introduce your User ID and Password in the empty fields and click “Sign on.”

If you forgot your user ID or your password (or both), below you can find useful information on how to recover them in two easy steps:

Step 1: From the authentication ‘Sign on’ page, click on the ‘Forgot your User ID/Password?’ link.

A new Citi Bank’s page with information about the retrieval procedure will open.

Step 2: Among the two different options notice the one on the left, which is dedicated to banking and credit card customers. To reset your password, provide your ATM/debit card number in the appropriate space and click the ‘Continue’ button.

Next, you can select a new User ID/Password for accessing your online account.

Step 1 (Activate): In the card’s authentication page click on the ‘Activate a Card/Register now’ link.

Step 2 (Activate): Introduce your card number in the required field and press the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 3 (Register): From the same login page press the ‘Register now’ link.

A Citibank registration page will open. Here, you can provide your credit card number and click on the ‘Verify & Continue’ button.

Step 4: Next, you can create your user ID and password, provide your security information in the appropriate spaces and easily manage your online banking account.

Expedia+ is a free program which is available exclusively to Expedia customers. In order to become a member, you will need to go to Expedia+ website and join in. Travelers who book an eligible flight, hotel, car rental, cruise, activity or vacation package via Expedia+ can earn points and gain access to Expedia+ elite member benefits. They can redeem as few as 140 points which equals 1 USD toward the hotel booking.

Q: What are the Expedia+ membership statuses?

There are 3 membership statuses with Expedia+. Once you join and become a valid member, you get +blue status. You can earn +silver status if you spend 5,000 USD on eligible bookings or staying 7 nights in a calendar year. +gold status can be achieved by spending 10,000 USD on eligible bookings or staying 15 nights in a calendar year. The holders of Expedia+ card form Citi enjoy elite status for as long as they are cardmembers.
