The Ducks Unlimited Visa Credit Card provides you not only the possibility to have an interest-free first year after opening an account but also to easily manage your account online. Here, we will teach you how to log in, retrieve your lost credentials and set up an online account.

If you already have access to First Bankcard’s online platform, it is very easy to login and manage your account. This is what you should do:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s login page, enter your User ID and press ‘LOG IN.’ Afterwards you will also be required to introduce your password.

If you forgot your user ID or password, here is what you should do in order to retrieve them:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s login page and click on the ‘Forgot ID/Password’ button in order to open the credentials retrieval webpage.

Step 2: Enter in the required fields your first name, middle initial, last name and either your User ID or your email address and press ‘SUBMIT.’

If you do not yet have access to online banking, here are the steps you need to follow in order to set up an online account:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s log in page and click on the ‘ENROLL’ button.

Step 2: In the small pop-up window which will open you will need to select between ‘Personal Enrollment’ and ‘Business Enrollment’ (on this page we will teach you how to set up a personal account).

Step 3: Introduce in the appropriate fields your account number, expiration date, signature panel code, first and last name, last 4 digits of your social security number, date of birth and email address and press ‘CONTINUE.’

Q: What is MCC?

The MCC is a four-digit code which classifies a merchant's primary business. It is used by the payment card industry. You should be aware that some merchants are not classified into one of the MCCs identified above even though you expect that. So you need to pay attention whether purchases made from such merchants will qualify as a Sporting Goods Store Purchase, Gas Purchase, or Net Purchase.

Q: What are the account fees?

Some of the account fees that are charged are: $25.00 per Statement Period over the credit limit fee, $20.00 per occurrence for returned payment, extra copy of account statement or sales draft $2.50 and $25.00 fee if your account is inactive for longer than 12 consecutive months and has a credit balance.

Q: What is Interest-free Grace Period?

If you are a holder of Ducks Unlimited Visa Credit Card, you will get the chance of Interest-free Grace Period, meaning that you will not be charged interest on each new purchase for a grace period of 21 days, if you pay in full by the Due Date for the account statement on which such new purchase first appears. However, this does not refer to cash advances, balance transfers and access cheques which you will always need to pay the interest for.
