The Farm Sanctuary Credit Card enables you to contribute to a charity program while doing your usual purchases. This card allows you to easily access your account online from the UMB Online Banking platform. Below you may find useful information on how to login, retrieve your lost username/password and enroll-in/activate your account.

Step 1: Navigate to the UMB Web site and press the “Login” button from the top-right of the webpage.

Step 2: Make sure Online Banking is selected in the drop down box on the left side of the screen under Account Sign In. Enter your User ID and click ‘Next’. For your security reasons, you may be prompted to answer a security question before entering your password. After you successfully log in for the first time, you will be required to change the password you received in the mail to a unique password.

If you have forgotten your online banking User ID or password you may need to use the UMB’s self-enrollment functionality to gain access to online banking which requires the completion of the following steps:

Step 1: From the UMB Web site click on the ‘Forgot User ID‘ link.

Step 2: You will be required to choose the type of account you wish to use to identify yourself and afterwards to provide specific information in order to let the bank verify you as a valid owner of the account provided such as: your account number, the last 5 digits of your social security number, card expiration date, address, and Zip code. At each step press ‘Continue.’

Step 1: Click the ‘Enroll in Online Banking’ button which you can find by visiting the UMB Web site.

Step 2: Select the Credit Card option under your account type and provide specific information including your account number, last 5 digits of your social security number, your card expiration date, street address and Zip code. Make sure to complete all the required steps needed for the enrollment such as the verification of your identity, creation of your User ID and creation of your security profile. Complete the procedure by clicking ‘Continue.’
