Would you recommend the Disney Premier Visa Card?

Hello everybody, I have a question for you all. I have two kids and some of my friends recently advised me to get a Disney Premier Credit Card, they said it’s worthwhile to have such a card if you have children. However, none of these friends are credit card specialists, so I thought to ask this community. Could you please tell me what are the advantages (and perhaps disadvantages) to have such a card? Or do you think there are better available options?

Oh yes I would definitely recommend it if you have kids. I have one small boy myself and he's a great fan of Disneyland. Since I got this card, I can take him there and earn cash back rewards not only for tickets and whatever services or products we get there, but also for traveling to Disney locations. For example, you can earn cash back for gas, as well as purchases in various restaurants and department stores. So yea, definitely get one, you will not regret!

Yeah, clearly an awesome card! And did you guys see what cool designs the cards have? And the best part is that you can choose among several options. I have this card for a few years already and although recently we are not going so often to Disneyland I still enjoy it and its many benefits. So, I wouldn’t hesitate at all to get one.

Well, I have to be honest, I don’t think this card is such an amazing deal. We used to have it in the past and I think the rewards are not so high…I mean, ok, they give you cash back for purchases at Disney locations, but not so much. I think you can economize and earn much more with various other credit cards.

Yes, I agree, much better options around, don’t get fooled by the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck pictures on the cards!

Check out your options carefully, cards are not a matter of aesthetics.

I see what you mean, but when it comes to kids, things are not so easy…

When my boy saw these cards in an ad online he didn’t leave me alone till we got one.

But I can’t say I regret actually, as the ladies above say, there are lots of benefits if you have this card. And it gets really cheaper to move with your kids around and entertain them
