How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1: Go to the Goodyear credit website by clicking on the link. Once on the homepage, scroll down and look to the left part of the screen, look for the link that reads Log In and click on it.

There will be a pop-up screen advising you that you are being redirected to the website of Citigroup, which issues the Goodyear card. If you wish to continue your login, click on continue, otherwise click on cancel.

Step 2: You will now be redirected to the Citigroup Goodyear login page.On the left side of the page, input your user ID and password. Remember to uncheck the Remember my user ID button if you are logged on to a public computer. Otherwise, if you are using your personal device, it is safe to tick this option. Forgot Password / Username
Step 1: Access the Citigroup Goodyear login page through this link. On the login page, click on the link that reads “reset password”, if you forgot your password , or retrieve user ID if you forgot your username.Both links should be on the bottom left side of the screen
