How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1 – In order to log in, you should visit this website. On the right part of the screen find ‘Log In’ button and press it.

Step 2 – After you’ve pressed ‘Login’ button, a window with “Cardmember Login” button will appear on your screen.
Select this option and go to the next step.

Step 3 – Here is your login form. Enter your Username and Password into the fields, marked in purple and press “Log in“.

Forgot Password / Username
Step 1 – Go back to the JetBlue Credit Card website and press “Log in“.

Step 2 – Select ‘Cardmember Login’ on the appeared page and go to the next step.

Step 3 – In order to reset your Username and Password, choose ‘Forgot Username or Password?’ button, that is located under the login window.

Step 4 – To retrieve your password and username you have to verify your identity first. So enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth.
Then write down your Account Number and press ‘Continue’.

Activation / Registration
Step 1 – If you want to manage your payments online you should register your card. In order to do it, go to the website and press ‘Click here to set up online access’.

Step 2 – First of all, verify your identity. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth. Then enter your Account number. To complete this step, choose if you are a US citizen or not.
