The certificate may not be redeemed for purchases on the Mercedes-Benz website. The certificate will be valid for use only when presented by the individual who resides at the address printed on the certificate.. Certificates expire within 1 year from the date of issue and they will arrive from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services 6 to 8 weeks after you get them. Another certificate is $500 Annual Certificate which can be achieved after charging $5,000 of eligible purchases to your Mercedes-Benz Card account during a reward year. A reward year is the one year period following the date your Card account was opened and each subsequent one year period that follows. Eligible purchases include purchases of goods or services minus returns and credits, and do not include fees, interest charges, balance transfers, etc.
