Step 1: Open the credit card’s log in page, enter in the required fields your username and your password and press the ‘Log in’ button.

In case you forgot your username, password or both of your credentials, do not worry, there is a very simple procedure for retrieving them. Here is what you should do:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s log in page and click on the ‘Forgot username or password?’ button in order to open the credentials retrieval web page.

Step 2: Enter in the appropriate fields the last four digits of your social security number, your date of birth and your account number and press ‘Continue.’

If you do not have access yet to the online system associated to this credit card, here are the steps you need to follow in order to set up a new account:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s log in page and press ‘Click here to set up online access’ in order to open the registration page.

Step 2: Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number, your date of birth and your account number and afterwards create a username and a password and press the ‘Continue’ button in order to finalize your registration and online activation of your account.

Miles and More integrated partners are companies in which you can earn and spend miles. The airline partners are all the Star Alliance airline partners and there are many additional Miles & More airline partners which are not members of the Star Alliance.
