All you need to know is how to login and how to register on the bank’s website. So we have prepared an article with all information you will need. Just keep reading.
How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1 – In order to log in you have to visit NY&Co website. When you are on the site, go ahead and click ‘Manage Your Account’ button.

Step 2 – You will be redirected to the Comenity’s Bank website. All you need to do is to write down your Username and Password that you’ve chosen when you was creating your account. After you’re done, press ‘Sign In’.

Forgot Password / Username
Step 1 – Go to the NY&Co homepage. Choose ‘Manage your account’.
Step 2 – On the Comenity’s Bank website select ‘Forgot your Username or Password?’ located under the Sign in form.
Step 3 – Now you can retrieve your Username and Password. Just enter the requested information.Type your Account Number (it is located in front of your credit card) or your Username if you remember it. Then write down your Zip Code and select the Identification type. After that, enter last 4 digits of your SSN and press ‘Find My Account’.

Activation / Registration
Step 1 – Go to NY&Co website and click ‘Manage Your Account’.

Step 2 – ‘Register for Online Access’ button is located on the left side of the screen right under the login form. Press it.

Step 3 – Provide your Credit Card Account Number, Zip or Postal Code, Identification Type and the last 4 digits of your SSN. After that press ‘Find my account’.

Step 4 – Here you have to create the data you will use in order to log into your account. Fill out all the fields marked in red and press ‘Create Account’.

Step 5 – You will be proposed to ‘Enroll in Paperless’. Make a choice and press the button.

Step 6 – You will be proposed to enroll in a digital card. If you like it press ‘Activate My Card’. If you don’t – press ‘No,thanks’ and then press ‘Continue’.
