After that provide your contact information.

Enter your phone number and E-mail. Answer the question : are you a US citizen? If you are- press ‘Yes‘; if you’re not – press ‘No’.

Step 4 – Provide your Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Mother’s Maiden Name.

Q: How are my points redeemed?

First, you can start redeeming points when you reach 2500. Then, you should visit the official NFL site and log into your account. You can redeem points for: NFL Gift Cards, NFL and Team Experiences, NFL Tickets and Cash Back at MyNFLcard.com. If you possess 5,000 points, you will earn $50 cash back in the form of a deposit on your account. The number of points that may be redeemed in any billing cycle are not limited, but rewards are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable under any circumstance. Your cash back will be transferred to your account within three to four business days and the statement credits will appear on your account within one billing cycle after the points are redeemed.

Q: Is a joint applicant and an additional user the same thing?

While a joint applicant is a person who you open the account with and who is equally responsible for the spending on the account, an authorized or additional user on your credit card is a person who you add whenever you want, without his/her presence.
