As in the case of other cards issued by American Express, the Plenti Credit Card can also be easily managed online through a user-friendly platform. On this page, you will find information on how to sign in, retrieve your username and password and set up a new account.

How to Login / Make a Payment

If you already have access to online banking, here are the steps you need to follow in order to log in:

Step 1: Open the card’s homepage and click, on the upper right side of the page, on ‘LOG IN’ in order to open the login page.

Step 2: Introduce in the required fields your User ID and Password and click on the ‘Log In’ button.

Forgot Password / Username

If you forgot your credentials, it is very easy to retrieve/reset them. Here is what you should do:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s login page and click on the ‘Forgot User ID or Password?’ button in order to open the credentials retrieval/reset webpage.

Step 2: Introduce the 15-digit number of your card, as well as the 4-digit card ID and press ‘Continue.’

Step 3: In the next pages you will have the possibility to retrieve your User ID and, after you verify your identity, to update your Password.

Activation / Registration

If you do not yet have an online account associated to your Plenti card, here are the steps to follow in order to set up one:

Step 1: Navigate to the credit card’s login page and press ‘Create New Online Account’ in order to open the enrollment page.

Step 2: Introduce your card information, including the 15-digit card number and the 4-digit card ID and then click ‘Continue.’

Step 3: In the next pages you will have to set up your account preferences (create a User ID and Password) and to review the card benefits before activating your online account.
