With the PNC CashBuilder Visa Credit Card you will have access not only to an amazing cash back rewards system but also to an online platform where you can easily manage your account. Once you have an online account associated to your PNC card it is very easy to access it. Here are the steps you need to follow in order to log in:

Step 1: Go to the credit card’s main page and click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 2: In the small pop-up window which will open introduce your User ID and press ‘Login.’ Soon after, you will also be asked to enter your password.

In case you forgot any of your credentials, it is very easy to retrieve/ reset them. Here are the steps you should follow for this:

Step 1: In the small pop-up page click on ‘Forgot User ID or Password?’ in order to open the credentials retrieval webpage.

Step 2 (User ID): In case you forgot your User ID you will need to call PNC Bank in order to retrieve it.

Step 2 (Password): In case you forgot your password click on ‘Start Reset Password.’

Step 3 (Password): Introduce your Online Banking User ID, the last 4 digits of your social security number or tax identification number, your full PNC account number and press ‘Next.’

If you do not have an online account yet associate with your PNC card, here is what you have to do in order to set one up:

Step 1: Select the ‘Personal’ option under the ‘ENROLL IN ONLINE BANKING.’

Step 2: Click in the ‘Get Started’ button to open the registration page.

Step 3: Introduce your social security number, your PNC Visa Credit Card PIN or the PNC Online & Telephone Banking Account Access Pin, your PNC account number and press ‘Next.’

Step 4: Create your sign-on credentials (user ID and password), customize your security, read and review the card’s Services and Terms and you will finally be able to Sign On to your new account.

Q: As the holder of the PNC CashBuilder Visa Credit Card, do I get the Roadside Dispatch service?

The Roadside Dispatch benefit goes with any Visa credit card, as since the PNC CashBuilder Visa Credit Card is a Visa card, you get that benefit. All you need to do if you are in need of this service, is to call 1-800-847-2869, 24 hours a day/7 days a week and Roadside Dispatch will ask try to solve your problem. You pay $59.95 for the service call and it can include towing, tire changing, battery boost, lockout service and fuel delivery.

Q: Do I have to pay any fee associated with travel redemptions?

Redemption fees are $24.50 per airline ticket; $24.50 per Vacation Package, Sport and Special Events and Custom Getaway orders and $24.50 per Cruise cabin. On the other hand, there are no redemption fees for cars, hotels, spa, Disney or universal rewards.

Q: Can I give my points to my partner to travel?

Yes, there is a possibility to give points to your partner, meaning that you can make reservations in the name of the person of your choice. All you need to do is to provide the correct traveler information during the booking process since errors may result in a possible denial of the travel reservation.
