The Shell Platinum Credit Card provides you not only a fantastic cash back system targeting purchases at gas stations, but also a user-friendly online system where you can activate your card, manage your account and make payments. Scroll down for details on how to log in, retrieve/reset your credentials and register online.

If you already have an online account associated to this credit card, here are the steps you should take in order to log in to your account:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s homepage and press ‘Log In to Your Account.’

Step 2: Read the Royal Dutch Shell PLC Legal Disclaimer and click on ‘Continue your journey.’

Step 3: Enter in the required fields your User ID and Password and click on the ‘SIGN ON’ button.

If you forgot your user ID, password or both, it is very easy to retrieve/reset them. Here is the procedure:

Step 1: Navigate to the credit card’s login page and press either ‘Retrieve User ID’ or ‘Reset Password.’

Step 2 (User ID): In case you forgot your User ID, enter your card number, your name as it appears on card, your security code and the last 4 digits of your social security number and press ‘VERIFY.’

Step 2 (Password): If you forgot your password, you must enter the same information (card number, name as it appears on card, security code, last 4 digits of your social security number) and click on ‘VERIFY.’

If you did not yet register your card online, you should do it as soon as possible to take advantage of the possibility to manage your account online. Here are the steps you should follow:

Step 1: From the credit card’s login page, click on the ‘REGISTER YOUR CARD BUTTON’ for opening the registration page.

Step 2: Introduce in the required fields your card number, your name as it appears on the card, your security code and the last 4 digits of your social security number and press ‘VERIFY.’
