Requirements
In order to apply for a Union Plus Credit Card Credit Access, you will need to meet the following eligibility requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid government-issued photo ID
- Have a U.S. Social Security Number or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
- Be a U.S. resident residing in the United States
- Be a current member of a participating union, a retired union member or a family member of an existing union member
- You must have good credit rating standing. This means that you’ve failed to pay back one loan in the past five years but is currently not past any due date for your credit card, medical bill, or loan payments. Additionally, you’ve had other credit cards for less than three years.
How to Apply
Step 1: To start the application process to the Union Plus Credit Card Credit Access website by clicking on this link.
Once you are on the home screen, you will see three types of card.
You want to click on the Apply Now icon on the Credit Access section.
Step 2: Before anything else, check the list of the Unions that are NOT qualified for the Union Card Access credit card.
Make sure that the union that you or your family member belong to is NOT on the list.
Step 3: In this section you need to fill out the basic information such as your email address, name, city etc.
The fields that have a red asterisk on top indicates that it’s a required field.
This means that you have to give it the information it needs, otherwise, your application will not be processed.
Step 4: Fill out the form until you the very end.
When you’re done and you’re satisfied with answers, your click on the Continue Application button located at the bottom of the screen.

Q: How many times can a cardholder get the Hospital grant?
The cardholder is allowed to receive one Hospital Grant for any one Union Plus or Teamster Privilege Credit Card account. However, if he/she possesses more than one Union Plus or Teamster Privilege Credit Card accounts, he/she can receive one Hospital Grant for any unique hospitalization
Q: What is the Union Plus Scholarship Program?
The Union Plus Scholarship Program exists since 1991 and it awards scholarships to students of working families. The Union Plus Scholarship Program is offered through the Union Plus Education Foundation, but you do not need to be a Union Plus Credit Card holder to apply for this scholarship. It is available to current and retired members of participating unions, their spouses and their dependent children. The members need to have at least one year of union membership.
