Step 1: Access the Union Plus Credit Card Credit Access Website by clicking on the link.

Once in the homepage, you can in your username and password in the boxes located in the right hand side of the screen.

Step 2: There is a box that reads Remember me, untick that if you are using a public or shared computer in a place anywhere but your own house. Once you made your decision whether to mark or unmark the box, click on Sign In button.

Step 1: If you’ve forgotten your username or password, there’s no need to panic.

The first thing to do is to go to the Union Plus Credit Card Rate Advantage credit card Website by clicking on this link.

Step 2: The first step in retrieving your password is for them to verify your identity you as the card holder , and to do this, you need to provide the following information:

Account number
Last 4 digits of the primary cardholder’s Social Security Number

When you are done, click on Continue button.

Step 1: If you want to register your credit card for online access so that you can manage your account online, the first thing you should do is to access the homepage by clicking on this link.

Click on the button that reads Register.

Step 2: The form will ask for basic information like your name, address, email etc., except for 2 notable tabs:

The Enter Your Identification tab.

You have the option to key in your 3 digit signature code or you don’t have that information, you can click on the bit that says I do not have my Signature Panel Code/or my Card Expiration Date.

If you choose the I do not have my Signature Panel Code/or my Card Expiration Date, it will ask you for more information later on in the process.

The Statement Delivery Preference tab.

In this section, you can choose to have your statements delivered to you either paperless (email) or post.

You also need to read the terms and agreement that comes with it.

After you’ve read it, click the small box at the bottom to say that you agree to it.

Step 3: Continue to fill in the form and enter the needed information until you get to the very end.

Make sure that you enter all of the information needed or else the form will not proceed to step 2. This is a four step process. Click on the Continue button at the very end to proceed to the second step of the process.

The Union Plus Credit Card Credit Access owners have the chance to use the Hospital Grants benefit which includes $1,200 payment. This means that Union Plus Credit Cardholders or Teamster Privilege Credit Cardholders who are the members at least three consecutive months and who provide documentation that he/she or a member of his/her household had unreimbursed hospital expenses will get the Hospital Grants.

Q: What documentation is necessary when applying for the Hospital Grants?

You must provide documentation of your annual income, the applicable hospital and insurance statements with the dates and charges for the hospitalization, the amount of the Hospital Charges covered by insurance and the amount of Hospital Charges for which the patient was financially responsible.

Q: I possess the Union Plus Credit Card Credit Access. How can I apply for the Hospital Grants?

When applying for the Grants, you have to collect the documentation for your income, hospital bills and insurance Explanation of Benefit (EOB) forms. You will need to complete the Hospital Grant Form which can be found on the official Union website. After all this is finished, you should send all the documentation to Union Plus Hospital Grants Union Plus 1100 1st Street, NE, Suite 850 Washington, DC 20002. The Union will inform you by mail whether your application has been approved or rejected.
