How to Login / Make a Payment

Step 1: Access the Union Plus Credit Card Rate Advantage credit card Website by clicking on this link.

Once you arrive on the homepage, type in your username and password in the boxes.

Step 2: Make sure to unmark the box that reads Remember Me if you are using a public or shared computer (a computer that’s not in your house).

It’s ok to check it if you are using your own device.

Once you’ve made your choice whether to mark or unmark the box, click on Sign In.

Forgot Password / Username

Step 1: In any event that you’ve forgotten your username or password, go to the Union Plus Credit Card Rate Advantage credit card Website by clicking on this link.

However, instead of entering your username and password, click on the hyperlink that says Forgot your username and password?

Step 2: In order form them to verify your identity as the card holder you need to  provide the following information:

  • Account number
  • Last 4 digits of the primary cardholder’s SSN ( Social Security Number)

Click on the Continue button when you are done typing.

Activation / Registration

Step 1: To register your credit card for online access the homepage by clicking on this link.

Look for the button that reads Register.

Click on that.

Step 2: This form is step 1 out of 4.

On this page ,the form will ask for basic information like name, address etc.

except for 2 notable tabs:

On the tab that says Enter Your Identification, you can choose whether to key in your 3 digit signature code panel.

If in any event, you don’t have that, you can click on the bit that says I do not have my Signature Panel Code/or my Card Expiration Date.

On the Statement Delivery Preference tab, you can choose to have your statements delivered to you either by email or post.

You have to tick one.

Also, in this form you need to read the terms and agreement that comes with it, and then click the small box on the bottom to say that you agree to it.

Step 3: Continue to fill in the form and enter the needed information until you get to the very end.

Make sure that you enter all of the information needed or else the form will not proceed to step 2.

Click on the Continue button at the very end to proceed to the second step of the process.

There are Hardship Grants that are included such as Disability Grants, Hospital Grants, and Strike Grants. HARDSHIP GRANTS are allowed after 3 months as a cardholder, they are paid by check and you never have to pay them back. The Disability Grant helps in case of lost significant income from a long-term illness or disability and they are for $1,600 to $2,700, Hospital Grant is $1,200 for large hospital expenses. Job Loss Grant is $300 and it helps to people who have recently lost their job and Strike Grant, which is $300, provides assistance during the union-sanctioned strike or experiencing a union-sanctioned lockout. You can APPLY for any of the grants if you are a holder of the Union Plus Credit Card Rate Advantage credit card by calling 1-800-522-4000.
