With the Upromise Mastercard Credit Card you can benefit not only from a fantastic cash back rewards program and generous signup bonuses, but also from Barclaycard’s user-friendly online platform. Here we will show you how to login, retrieve your lost credentials and open a new online account.

If you already joined Barclaycard’s online platform and you would like to sign in to your account, here is what you have to do:

Step 1: Open the credit card’s homepage and click on the ‘Login’ button.

Step 2: Enter in the required fields your Upromise Username and Upromise Password and press ‘submit.’

In case you forgot any of your credentials, there are simple ways to retrieve/reset them. Here are the steps you should follow in order to do this:

Step 1: From the credit card’s login page click either on ‘I forgot my username’ or ‘I forgot my password.’

Step 2 (Username): If you forgot your username, there are two ways to retrieve it: 1) Enter your phone number, card type and card number and press ‘Submit’ or 2) Enter your registered email address and press ‘Submit.’

Step 2 (Password): In case you forgot your password, you also have two ways to request another one: 1) Enter your username or email address and your Zip code and click on the ‘Submit’ button, or 2) Enter your email address and press ‘Submit.’

Upromise is a company which is located in the United States and provides a loyalty program of the same name. The company is owned by Sallie Mae and its headquarters are in Newton, Massachusetts. Upromise members accumulate account credit on eligible purchases from grocery stores, online retailers, travel, and restaurants and they are directed to a college savings plans or to pay down student loans. Upromise has also created Upromise Investments which is a brokerage firm to manage the 529 college savings and investment plans and a credit card to earn cash back for college expenses or to help pay down eligible Sallie Mae student loans.

Q: How long do I have to wait before I can see my cash back?

Once you perform the purchase with the Upromise Mastercard Credit Card, your cash back will appear in your account first as a pending transaction and then as a funded transaction. The necessary period of time differs for online shopping which is usually 30 days, for grocery and drug stores is 30-60 days and for Restaurants is 10-14 days.

This is a very useful benefit which is not often used, but in case you lose it or your MasterCrad is stolen, MasterCard's Zero Liability offers you a protection by preventing unauthorized transactions on your card.
