How to Login / Make a Payment
In you already have an online account associated with your credit card, here is how you can log in:
Step 1: Open the credit card’s main page and click on the ‘LOG ON’ button to open a small pop-up window where you can introduce your credentials.

Step 2: In the pop-up window introduce your Online ID and Password and press ‘Log On.’

Forgot Password / Username
In case you forgot your credentials, these are the steps you need to follow to retrieve them:
Step 1: Go to the card’s main page and press the ‘LOG ON’ button.

Step 2: In the pop-up login window, click either on ‘Forgot ID’ or ‘Password.’

Step 3 (ID): In case you forgot your ID, provide a number associated with your membership (USAA number, social security of tax ID number), enter in the required field the text you see on the page (as a security check) and click ‘Next.’

Step 3 (password): If you forgot your password, enter your online ID, do the security check and press ‘Next.’

Activation / Registration
Here is how you can create an online account if you do not have one already:
Step 1: Open the card’s main page and press the ‘LOG ON’ button.

Step 2: In the pop-up window click on ‘Register’ to open a page with the registration form.

Step 3: Choose whether you are or not already a USAA member and click ‘Continue.’

Step 4: If you are not yet a member, provide your contact information, including first name, middle name or initial (optional), last name, suffix (optional), email address and phone number.

Step 5: Provide your mailing address, including street, Zip code, city, state, country, choose whether your physical address is the same as your mailing address and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
