If you have a Wells Fargo Cash Wise Visa Card you will benefit from its unlimited cash rewards on purchases, its large cash rewards from the Android Pay or Apple Pay mobile wallet purchases and enjoy the low annual fees. Below, we’ll provide you information on how to sign in, retrieve your username and password, and open an account.

In case you already have an online account, here is how to login in order to manage it and make payments:

Step 1: Go to the card’s homepage and click on the ‘Sign on’ link.

You’ll be directed to another window where you can access your secure online account.

Step 2: Provide your username and password and click on the ‘Sign On’ blue button to log in into your account, make transfers or pay your bills.

Step 2: Choose whether you forgot your username, your password or both username and password and click the relevant field among the three options:

1) Create new password

2) Find username, or,

3) Create new password and find username.

Step 3 (password): If you forgot and would like to reset your password, provide your username or Social Security Number/Individual Tax Identification Number, and your account, loan or credit number in the relevant spaces and click ‘Continue.’

Step 3 (username): For retrieving your username, provide your Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number and your Password in the required fields and press ‘Continue.’

Step 3 (username and password): If you forgot both your username and your password, introduce the following: 1) your username or Social Security Number/Individual Tax Identification Number, and 2) your account, loan or credit number.

Click ‘Continue’ in order to create a new password and retrieve your username.

Step 1: On the authentication page, click on the ‘Sign Up Now’ link.

Q: What does a Cellular telephone protection include?

Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Card cardholder might apply for Cellular Telephone Protection in case of damage to or theft of a cell phone. This includes the repair or replacement of your original cell phone, but does not cover cell phones that are lost. Also, this protection is available when cell phone bills are paid from your Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Card and does not apply if the cell phone bill is paid from a Wells Fargo Debit Card, Wells Fargo Business Credit Card, Wells Fargo Commercial Card or from the card that is linked to a Line of Credit.

Q: Is the Overdraft Protection related to my Wells Fargo Cash Wise Visa Card?

You can always get the chance of linking your Wells Fargo Cash Wise Visa Account to your Wells Fargo checking account for Overdraft Protection, but bear in mind that you will be responsible for all advances to cover overdrafts. Depending on your account terms, an Overdraft Protection Advance Fee may be charged to your Account each day and your credit card must be activated. You may also be able to link your Wells Fargo savings account to your Wells Fargo checking account for Overdraft Protection where no interest is charged on Overdraft Protection transfers.
