If you want to end this privilege, you must recover and destroy that person's Card and notify the issuer of your request by contacting it at the number on the back of your Card or by mail at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., P.O. Box 10347, Des Moines, IA 50306. If you do not do this, you will continue to be responsible for any charges made by the authorized user. Only in the event of the death of a cardholder, authorized users' privilege ends automatically.
