How to Login / Make a Payment
If you have already opened an online account, you can log-in from the Wells Fargo Propel website easily:
Step 1: Navigate to the card’s main page and press the ‘Sign-on’ link.

Step 2: In the new window introduce your Username and Password in the appropriate spaces and choose your preferred operation online by selecting one of the given options (account summary/transfer/bill pay/brokerage/trade).
Click the ‘Sign on’ button.

Forgot Password / Username
In case you cannot remember your username and/or password you can easily reset or retrieve each of them.
Step 1: Visit the card’s login page and press the ‘Username/Password Help’ link.
In the new window, notice the three available options: forgot your password, username or both.

Step 2: Press one of the three links:
1) Create new password
2) Find username, or, 3) Create a new password and find your username.
Below we will show you the procedure to follow for each one of the three options.

Step 3 (Password): Click on the ‘Create new password’ option.In the new window provide your username or Social Security Number/Individual Tax Identification Number, and your account or card number and press the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 3 (Username): For retrieving your username click on the ‘Find username’ option.
Introduce your Social Security Number/Individual Tax Identification Number and password and click on ‘Continue’.

Step 3 (Username and Password): In case you forgot both your username and password, click on the ‘Create new password and find username’ option.
Introduce your username or your Social Security Number/Individual Tax Identification Number and your account, loan or card number (in case your account is a mortgage/employer-sponsored plan account, introduce your date of birth).
Click on the ‘Continue’ button.

Activation / Registration
If you don’t have an online account yet, here are the steps you need to follow to open one and register your card:
Step 1: In the authentication page, click on the ‘Sign Up Now’ link.

Step 2: Enter your social security number as well as your account, loan, ATM or debit card number and press on the ‘Continue’ button.
