FAQs

Q: Is there an option for the change of my PIN?

Yes, you can change your PIN code and create your own one. Bu you will need to inquire about customizing it by calling the number on the back of your card. The customer service officer will explain everything about it.

Q: Is there a difference between the payment due and the due date?

No, these two things are the same. Each bill that you need to pay has a date when the payment needs to be done and you must pay at least the Minimum Payment Due. In case you do not want any penalties, it is better to pay the bill before the due date, because if you do not pay it up to that date, a late fee must be charged. The amount you need to pay for the late fee depends on the card that you possess. Make sure to pay on time, since during the weekend or holidays, money cannot be transferred immediately, but after a day or two and the online payments submitted before 8PM are credited to your Account on the same day, while all the payments after 8PM, will be credited the next day, which leads to your missing the due date.

Q: What does a dual citizenship stand for?

That is a person's status, by which he/she is considered a legal citizen of more than one state under the laws of those states. Dual citizenship or dual nationality means that that person’s citizenship status is defined exclusively by national laws. However, there are some countries that do not accept dual citizenship.
