FAQs

Q: What is Zions AmaZing?

The AmaZing Rewards program is offered to all the cardholders of an AmaZing Rewards VISA Card or an AmaZing Rewards VISA Signature Card. There is no need to sign in because you are automatically enrolled in this program and your rewards do not expire as long as your account exists. However, if your account is closed, or if the program is canceled, you will lose any rewards that you have not redeemed. AmaZing Rewards points can redeem for almost anything. You just have to use your credit card for your everyday purchases and earn one AmaZing Rewards point for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases such as gas and groceries.

Q: How do I redeem points and how often can they be redeemed?

The point redemption is easy. You need to log in to your Online Banking account and in the AmaZing Rewards system you will see all purchases made in the last 90 days, and you can choose which purchases you want to redeem your points for. Or you can redeem points over the phone, by calling the Contact Center at 855-662-9205. There is no limit of how often you can redeem points. The conditions are that you have at least 2,500 points available and that your account is in good standing.
