How to Login / Make a Payment
In case you already created an online account to ABNB, it is very simple to log in and manage it from your PC, tablet or phone. Here is what you will have to do:
Step 1: Open the credit card’s login page, enter in the required field your User ID and press the ‘Log In’ button. Afterwards, you will also be asked to introduce your password.
Forgot Password / Username
In case you forgot your password, here is a step by step guide regarding how to reset it:
Step 1: Go to the credit card’s login page and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ button in order to open the password reset web page.
Step 2: Enter in the required field the following information: your user ID, primary account holder name, social security number, date of birth, Zip code and email address and press ‘Submit.’ In case you don’t know some of this information, you can call ANB at (757) 523-5300 to receive assistance.
Activation / Registration
If you did not yet join ABNB’s online banking, here are the steps you need to follow to set up a new account:
Step 1: Open the credit card’s homepage and press ‘Click here’ next to ‘Need to enroll in Online Banking?’ in order to open the registration page.
Step 2: Read carefully the Self-Enrollment Disclosure and, should you agree with all the terms and conditions stated there, click on the ‘I Agree’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: Enter in the appropriate fields your account number, primary account holder name, social security number, date of birth, Zip code and email address and press ‘Submit.’
