How to Apply
Step 1: As a first step, visit the Affinity Credit Union website and read the detailed description regarding the Affinity Credit Union No Fee Choice Rewards MasterCard. In the same page you will find a ‘CUETS website’ link where you need to click as shown below.
Step 2: After the CUETS credit cards’ homepage will open, you need to locate the Affinity Credit Union No Fee Choice Rewards MasterCard you want to apply for. Press the ‘Apply Now’ button next to the description and the exact name of the card.
Step 3: A pop up window will appear. Here it will be necessary to select the ‘yes’ option to confirm that you are a member of the credit union. If you are not yet a member, it is important to visit a local credit union branch and open an account, otherwise you cannot continue your online application. If you are a member, after selecting the ‘yes’ option, provide also your credit union branch in the appropriate field. Press ‘Continue.’
Step 4: Introduce the primary’s cardholder information including: the first, middle and last name, home address, city, province, postal code, housing status, monthly payment, years at the current address, phone number and mobile phone number.
Step 5: Fill in the personal information section by introducing: your social insurance number (optional), date of birth, mother’s maiden name and email address (optional). Enter also your employment information by selecting your employment status and choose whether you’d like to add an authorized user (for this specific card this option is free of charge).
Step 6: In case you are interested in making a balance transfer and/or add a Balance Protection Insurance, select the related boxes and introduce the needed information. Lastly, click on ‘Continue’ to review and submit your application.
