Step 2: In the new window which will open scroll down the page and click on ‘Apply for your Visa® Platinum Card Now’ link to start your application.

Step 3: Introduce your Email address and choose your Password for your application. Confirm both the Email and Password by retyping them in the appropriate fields and press ‘Start my application’ button.

Step 4: In the new window check “yes or no” to consent to the Electronic Communication and click ‘Next.’

Step 5: To continue select your preferred card between the two options available (Platinum Visa or Platinum Visa Secured) and click ‘Next.’

Step 6: Finally, you should visualize an online application form where you’ll need to introduce the required information including your personal information (first, middle and last name, social security number, date of birth, member number, membership duration, citizenship status) and contact information (home phone, work phone, work phone ext., cell phone, email and your preferred contact method).

Step 7: Provide your Driver’s License information (ID card number, ID state, ID date issued, ID expiration date) and your current address information (rural route/highway contract route/P.O. box addresses, ZIP code, city, state). Choose your member protection plan, answer the additional questions (provide a promotional code if you have it) and complete your application by clicking ‘Next’.
