With the The Blue Business® Plus Credit Card from American Express you can now manage your business credit fully online from the American Express platform. In order to do so you first need to register/activate your card online and the login to your account. In case you have any concerns, or if you forgot your credentials, follow our step-by-step guide below for useful information on solving these issues.
How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1: Navigate to the card’s homepage and press the ‘LOG IN’ button.
Step 2: In the new window which will open first select the account type which you want to access (Cards – My Account/Membership Rewards/Merchant Account/American Express @ Work), then enter your User ID and Password in the appropriate fields and press ‘Continue.’ You will be now logged in to your online account.
Forgot Password / Username
Should you forget your user ID or password, you may retrieve/reset them by following a simple procedure which we will explain step by step below:
Step 1: Open the login page and click on the ‘Forgot User ID or Password?’ link.
Step 2: Enter in the appropriate fields the 15-digit number on the front of your Card as well as the 4-digit card ID number and click the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 3: Follow closely the indications on your screen and enter the required information in each page relative to the user ID retrieval, the verification of your identity and password update.
Activation / Registration
In order to be able to access your online account you first need to activate your card online. You can do this in a very easy way by simply following the few steps described below:
Step 1: From the login page click on the ‘Create New Online Account’ button.
Step 2: In the newly opened window you need to verify your identity by entering your card information, including your 15-digit card number which you can find on the front of your card and the 4-digit card ID number. Click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed with the next step.
Step 3: In the next pages you can set up your online account and customize your card membership by choosing your account preferences and card benefits as soon as they display on your screen.
Q: What can be the reason of not getting the one-time identification code?
A one-time identification code is sent via phone call, e-mail or SMS message. In case it is set to send it via phone call, it can be sent only by direct lines. If your phone number requires dialing an extension, you will not receive your one-time identification code. If it is set to get the code via email, some Internet service providers may block these messages, sometimes by locating them in a “junk” folder. Text message option is the most reliable method.
