“ Amex blue cash preferred credit card is not a bad choice overall. If you’re a person who spends a lot of time at the grocery store, then this might be the card for you. If your purchases are made at a qualifying store, then you could be expected to get six-percent back on the first six-thousand spent in the United States. You can still earn three-percent at certain other types of stores and anytime you purchase gas, as well as one-percent on all other purchases. As far as sign-on bonuses go, after getting this card, if you can spend at least a thousand dollars you can expect to get one-hundred and fifty-dollars back in the first three months and no interest for the first year. There is an annual fee of almost a hundred-dollars that is associated with this card and the usual fee that you’ll see with most cards which are almost forty-dollars. As far as interest goes, they do operate with a prime rate for both cash advances as well as the usual interest that will occur on a credit card. However, the interest rate for purchases made will also be dependent on what kind of credit score you currently have. If you don’t have good credit then this card is going to cost you a bit more, whereas if you have better credit then you might avoid paying too much.”
