Good deal

I love this Amex Everyday Preferred card over other cards including some of the other American Express cards. There are a few reasons this card is better than most and I can’t wait to tell you about it. First off, there is a reward point system that is offering three times the points on all supermarket purchases. If that’s not enough they offer two times the points any time you go to the gas station for gas and just about everything else that doesn’t follow under one of those two categories gets just one point. To me, that’s a super easy way to earn points and fast although I’m a sucker for reward systems in general. If you manage to spend at least two-thousand in the first three months you own the card they’ll even throw in a bonus of thirty-thousand points. After the first year, there are no APR fees for any cash advance if you need some extra spending money. The only thing I’m not fond of with this card is its one of very few that have an annual rate let alone one that is almost a hundred dollars. Otherwise, late fees and interest on purchases or the card are about average in comparison to most other cards out there. The first year is interest-free whereas after that the fee you will pay is going to be based on what your credit score is.

Annual fee too high

It’s true that this card offers quite a good reward system for shopping in supermarkets and gas stations, but in my opinion the annual fee is too high. There are much better options on the market.

Best ever

This card is great, it helps me save a lot during shopping and since I’m also a frequent driver, it’s useful for my gas purchases too.

Good options for saving money

This card is perfect for me since I shop in supermarkets almost daily. It is a bit expensive though, but I’d still say it’s worth to have it.
