Below you will find the steps necessary to login, make a payment, find details for a lost password/username and for registering an account with Barclaycard. Follow the step-by-step guidelines or click on the screenshots below to go straight to the website.

Step 1:

Step 2:

Enter your login details where it says ‘Username or ID number’ and ‘Passcode’

Step 3:

Once logged in, follow these steps to make a payment via Online Banking:

Go to the ‘Pay and transfer’ menu on your Online Banking homepage and select the ‘Make a payment’ link.
Enter payment details. If you have made a payment to Barclaycard in Online Banking before, your details will be saved on your payee list. Otherwise you will need a PINsentry which is either the card reader or a Mobile PINsentry and the banking details for Barclaycard. Please make sure to use your Barclaycard card number as your payment reference.
Confirm details before confirming the payment.
A screen will then appear confirming details of your payment, including the expected time it will take to reach the account.

Step 2:

If you have forgotten your username or ID number, click ‘forgotten your username or ID number?’ highlighted in blue underneath the box where you are meant to enter your Username or ID number.

You will be taken to this page:

Enter your Card Number and Passcode and click ‘Continue’ to retrieve your Username or ID number.

If you have forgotten your passcode, click ‘Forgotten your passcode’ highlighted in blue underneath the box where you are meant to enter your passcode.

You will be taken to this page:

Enter your card details and click ‘Continue’ to retrieve your passcode.

Register for Barclaycard account:

Step 1:

Go to https://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal/customer/register-online-account or click on the screenshot below

Step 2:

On the right-hand side of the page underneath the picture of the laptop click the blue box that says ‘Register’. You should be taken to this page below.

Step 3:

Enter in all of your details, make sure to tick the box next to ‘I’ve read and agree to the Barclaycard online Terms & Conditions’ and click the green button that says ‘Register’.

Unfortunately, only individuals are eligible for Barclaycard Rewards Mastercard. Businesses cannot participate in this program.

Q: I have already had an account at Barclaycard. Can I have a new one?

There are certain rules in relation to the eligibility of getting a Barclaycard Rewards Mastercard and the Barclaycard may not be available for you since, you are the customers who already have had an account with Barclaycard.
