How to Login / Make a Payment

If you already possess an online account, you can sign in by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the card’s main page and click on the ‘Login’ button at the top-right of the window to open the secure sign-in page.

Forgot Password / Username

If you forgot your username and password, with Barclaycard Ring Mastercard it is very easy to retrieve them. Below we will show you how to proceed:

Step 1: On the same sign-in window press the ’Forgot username or password?’ button. This will redirect you to a new page for retrieving your lost credentials.

Step 2: In the new window, you must verify your identity in order to ensure that you are the only person with access to the account.

You should provide information regarding your social security number (introduce the last four digits), your date of birth as well as your account number. To proceed press the ‘Continue’ button.
