I had a horrible experience with Bon Ton delivery. On one hand, they have great special offers and rewards. But on another hand, they have poor customer service. I've been waiting for a Coach billfold for 10 days!!! And they said that delivery would be around 2-3 days. Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with this store at all.”
