Step 1: Navigate to the Synchrony Bank’s web page dedicated to this specific credit card.

Step 1: In the ‘Consumer Center Login’ section click on the little arrow close to ‘Login help’ button. This will show a small pop-up window where you can select whether you forgot your username or password.

Step 2 (Username): Clicking on the ‘Forgot User Name’ will redirect you to the username retrieval page. Here you must introduce your account number (15 or 16 digits), the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number as well as your date of birth and click on ‘Continue’.

Step 3 (Password): After selecting ‘Forgot Password’ from the ‘Login help’ small pop-up window, you’ll be redirected to the password reset page. Here you need to provide your User Name, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number as well as your date of birth and click on ‘Continue’.

Step 1: From the Synchrony Bank’s login page you may click on the ‘Register’ link to access the online account validation page.
