How to Login / Make a Payment
Step 1 – First and the last thing you have to do in order to manage your bills online is to log into your account.
It is a pretty easy process, so if you already have Chadwick’s Credit Card go to the website.
Now you are on the Comenity’s Bank website.
Fill out the sign-in form: enter your User Name and Password.
After you’ve finished press ‘Sign In’.

Forgot Password / Username

Step 1 – On the Comenity’s website find login form.
Right under that, you will find ‘Forgot your username or password?‘ button, Press it.

Step 2 – After filling the following form you will be able to retrieve your password or username.
So, go ahead and enter your Credit Card Account Number (or Username, if you remember it), your Zip Code, Identification Type and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
After that press ‘Find my Account’.

Activation / Registration
You can register your account online, or by calling the customer service phone number (Tel:1-800-395-3780).
Step 1 – Go back to the website. Press ‘Register for Online Access’ button, located right under the login fields.

Step 2 – In order to verify your identity, the system will ask you to provide some personal information.
So enter your Account Number (can be found on the front of your card), Zip Code, choose an Identification Type from the list and enter the Last 4 Digits of your SSN. Press ‘Find my Account‘.

Step 3 – This step is creating your personal account. Enter preferred Username and Password, your E-Mail Address and Mobile phone. After that press ‘Create Account’.
Step 4 – There is an addition option.
Read the details and click ‘Enroll in Paperless’ if you want to be enrolled, or press ‘No,Thanks’ if you don’t.
After that press ‘Continue‘.

Congratulations! You can now start to manage your account online right now.
