If you got a Citi Prestige Card and already created an online account, in a few simple steps you can access your online account.

Step 1: From the card’s main web page click on the ‘Sign on’ button on the top right corner.

This will open a new window where you can provide your account information.

Step 2: Provide your User ID and Password in the appropriate spaces and click on the “Sign on” button.

Should you forget your user ID or your password (or both) for accessing your online account, below you can find useful information on how to easily retrieve your credentials in two simple steps:

Step 1: Once you opened the ‘Sign on’ window and realized your user ID and/or password are not working right away, you can click on the ‘Forgot your User ID/Password?’ link.

This will redirect you to the Citi Bank’s credential retrieval page.

Step 2: In the new page you’ll notice two columns with different options.

The one on the left is dedicated to banking and credit card customers.

You can reset your password by providing your ATM/debit card number in the appropriate space.

After introducing your ATM/debit card number, click the ‘Continue’ button.

Now you have the possibility to choose a new User ID/Password for accessing your online account.

If you do not have an online account yet connected to your Citi Prestige Card, here is how to activate/register your card:

Step 1 (Activate): Open the credit card’s Sign-on page and click on ‘Activate a Card/Register now’ link.

Step 2 (Activate): Provide you card number in the required field and then click on the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 3 (Register): From the same Sign-on page click on the ‘Register now’ link.

This will open the registration page, where you can provide your credit card number. Click on the ‘Verify & Continue’ button.

Step 4: At this point, you can manage your user ID (and password), provide your security information in the indicated fields and finally get the confirmation for your new online banking account.

Yes, the fee for the primary cardmember is $450, while for each authorized user the fee is $50.

Regular APR rate is applied to every purchase daily in case you carry a balance from month to month and do not pay your bill in full every month. On the other hand, if you pay your bill on time, then you will not pay interest and you will be given a grace period.
