How to Login / Make a Payment
If you are already registered in the online platform of Fifth Third Bank, here are the steps you should follow in order to login:
Step 1: Open the credit card’s homepage and click on the ‘LOG IN’ button.
Step 2: In the scroll-down small window which will open enter your User ID and Password and press ‘Log in.’
Forgot Password / Username
In case you forgot your password, this bank’s online platform offers you a simple way to reset it. Here is what you should do:
Step 1: From the credit card’s homepage, click the ‘LOGIN’ button in order to open the scroll-down window from which you will have the open to access the password reset page.
Step 2: In the newly opened scroll-down window, press ‘Forgot User ID or Password.’
Step 3: Enter your Internet Banking ID (your card number, the customer ID you created or your social security number) and press ‘Next.’

Activation / Registration
