How to Login / Make a Payment
If you already enrolled in Fifth Bank’s online banking system, here is how to access it for managing your account and making payments:
Step 1: Go to the credit card’s main webpage and press the ‘LOG IN’ button in order to access a pop-up window where you can introduce your credentials.
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password and click ‘Log in.’
Forgot Password / Username
In case you forgot your password, here are the steps you should follow in order to retrieve them:
Step 1: Navigate to the credit card’s homepage and press the ‘LOG IN’ button for opening the login pop-up window.
Step 2: Press the ‘Forgot User ID or Password’ button.
Step 3: Introduce your internet banking ID and click on the ‘NEXT’ button.
Step 4: In the following pages you will be asked to verify your identity and to set up a new password.

If you didn’t open yet an online account, here are the steps you have to pass through in order to do this:
Step 1: Open the credit card’s homepage and click on the ‘LOG IN’ button to access the small log in pop-up window which offers you the option to set up a new online account.Step 2: Press the ‘Register’ button for opening the online registration page.
Step 3: Choose whether you already have a Fifth Third Bank credit line or not.

Rewards Points generally expire within 3 years while the Fifth Third Private Bank World Elite Rewards Points are the only one that do not expire. You can easily calculate the expiration date, since it is measured year over year from the date on which your rewards account was opened. All Rewards Points which you have earned during a 12 calendar month period will expire within 3 years.
